We'll mail your new pool owners for you — every month, automatically.
You got into pools to clean pools, not to run a print shop. Pick a postcard once, and we send it to each month's new homeowners in your area for you. You just answer the phone.
Works with any territory.
The list is only worth something if it actually gets mailed
Most operators love the idea of mailing new homeowners and never do it — because it means designing a postcard, finding a printer, cleaning addresses, keeping track of who to mail this month, and doing it all again in 30 days. The list sits in a downloads folder. Full-service direct mail exists so that never happens: the mailing runs itself.
How it works
Pick a postcard
Choose from a small library of proven pool-service designs. We personalize it with your business name, offer, and phone number. Quick and easy for you.
We mail it, every month
Each month we take your area's new homeowners, clean the addresses (CASS/NCOA at send), and print and mail the postcard through our mail partner. Automatically.
You answer the phone
New pool owners get your card in their first weeks in the house — right when they're looking for a service. Calls come to you.
One card, or a whole first-year welcome
You choose how hard to work each new homeowner:
One-time send
A single mailer to this month's new homeowners. Good for testing the channel.
Single touch, ongoing
One card to every new homeowner, every month.
Full first-year series
A sequence of touches over a new owner's first year, so you're not counting on one postcard to land at the perfect moment. This is the growth engine: it wins meaningfully more customers than a single card, for a little more spend — and none of your time.
Exact touch schedule per the Mail Touch Schedule spec.
We handle the mailing side for you
Because we're the ones sending it, we carry the mailing-side housekeeping most operators don't want to think about: address hygiene (CASS/NCOA), applying the opt-out/suppression list so nobody who asked out gets mailed, and putting a removal line on every piece. That's the mailing mechanics handled for you — not your broader legal obligations or the truth of your offer, which stay yours. It's one less thing to get wrong.
What it costs, and what it's worth
Three numbers, plainly:
That's what it takes to work one new homeowner for a full year: roughly $9 of mail across four touches, plus about $2 for the list.
Not every lead becomes a customer. Once you account for how many mailers it takes to land one paying account, the all-in cost to actually win a customer comes out around $240–315.
Over the years a pool customer stays with you.
Spend ~$240–315 to earn $3,000+ — a return well inside the healthy zone, and the kind of number where the honest pitch is just the math. The cost to win a customer stays about the same whichever way you mail; the full-year series just wins about 3× more of them than a single card, with none of your hours — which is why we recommend it.

Pricing
Full-service direct mail is added on top of your $59/month territory, priced by how many pieces go out (which grows as each month's new homeowners stack up). A one-time setup fee of $149 covers getting your card personalized and your program running; after that it's the list plus per-piece mail, with the mail cost scaling only as real new homeowners get mailed.

Common questions
Do I need a design?
No. You pick from a proven template and we personalize it with your details — no custom art to create or approve.
What if someone asks to stop receiving mail?
They're added to the suppression list and never mailed again — we apply it on every send automatically.
Can I change my postcard or offer later?
Yes. Swap templates or update your offer between months.
Do I have to use the mail service to get the list?
No. The list stands alone at $59/month; full-service direct mail is optional for operators who'd rather not handle it themselves.
How is this different from a generic mail house?
A mail house prints what you give them. We supply the pool-verified, new-homeowner audience and the mailing — targeted and hands-off, not just postage.
